How did day 1 go you ask? Well it was only my fit test and if how sore I am today is any indication of my fitness level, I have A LOT of work to do. If I could guess, I would say about 80% of my muscles are sore today, only to get worse as the day goes on, I'm sure. Tonight's workout should be a good time. It will be much harder and longer so my only goals for tonight are simply to:
1. Get through it
2. Not throw up
3. Not pass out
If I can accomplish all of these things, I will be pretty impressed with myself. Even though my schedule is jam packed with tasks to complete before Thursday, I will make absolute sure that I get my workout in every day!
Extra stretching for the next few days is a must to ease these sore muscles, but I personally don't mind the pain. Soreness is your body's way of telling you that it's changing so time to embrace the pain and push forward!
