I like to record my workouts so I can evaluate my moves and make correction in order to get full benefit of each session. Since I am still in the learning process of T25, I see many extra pauses in between moves in order to learn. LOL at my findings on Saturday night.
My proof that I am human and still struggle through even 25 minutes of working out. T25 was not designed to be easy, it was designed to push you to your limits.
I really do love this workout, don't let my face fool you haha!!
It's tough, and challenging to get through at times, but I know by sticking with it I will get AMAZING results!
