Don't Get It Twisted.

I have had several people ask me why I work out. "You're not fat, you don't need to work out" If I have heard it once, I have heard it a thousand times. Let me clear the air. I don't workout because I think I am fat, or because I am trying to lose weight.

I workout because I want to be HEALTHY!

Yes, diet is a huge part of it also. For me personally, I would say it's 70% diet, and 30% exercise that keeps me feeling the best.

Let me clarify once again. I DO NOT DIET. When I use the word diet, I simply mean my food intake. Lean protein, fresh fruits and veggies, and whole grains. All organic when possible and GLUTEN FREE. I keep CRAP out of my every day diet.

Of course, I am still HUMAN and I like to treat myself every once in a while. Life without cupcakes, pizza, or McDonald's coke is no life I ever want to live. I have leaned the meaning of moderation and with that, I am still able to enjoy deliciously unhealthy foods occasionally without hating myself after.

Just because I work out 5 times a week and meal prep all of my lunches and snacks, does not mean I am trying to be something I am not. Big muscles and 2% body fat have never been goals of mine, nor will they ever be. I love my curves and will never lose them!

Bottom line is, I love my body and I want to take care of it. Nutrition and exercise are two surefire ways to do so!

In case you didn't know, healthy is the new sexy, guys!

If you are ready to get HEALTHY I can give you the tools to help make it happen! :)
