So It Begins...Burr!

Well Michiganders, it looks like bikini season is finally over. I don't know about you, but this isn't a reason for me to fill out those oversized sweaters I love so much! Now is a time where you can make steady changes so you are ready for those warmer months that are not so far away ;) (this is me being optimistic.) Developing good habits now will keep you from feeling that pit in your stomach when you realize you are leaving for spring break in two weeks and you actually have to put a bathing suit on again. 

Not only bikini season to look forward to, how about those holidays?! Family, friends, and FOOD! Allow yourself to enjoy these times and not loathe the "holiday weight gain" feeling. If you commit to eating right and working out now, Thanksgiving feasts and Christmas cookies won't stick around as long as they usually do because you will have the tools and techniques to burn off those extra calories without feeling guilty! 



DON'T WAIT TO BE ONE OF THOSE NEW YEARS RESOLUTION GYM PEOPLE. START NOW! NOT ONLY WILL YOU FEEL BETTER THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAYS, BUT YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORK AS HARD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR TO UNDO ALL THE DAMAGE YOU'VE DONE OVER THE PAST 3 MONTHS! 

Plan your meals, schedule your workouts, and stick with them! Developing these habits now will make it so much easier to follow through as the cool weather trickles in and the season of eating beings :)
