Let me put it in a way we can all relate to. How many of you have ever been driving down a side street and seen the black shiny asphalt they use to patch potholes with? You know the stuff that when you drive over it, it sounds like someone is firing a BB gun at your car? I want to compare that to a quick fix weight loss product. While asphalt masks the issue of a giant pothole, it never really fixes the problem, right? Eventually that will wear away and you are left with the same hole, possibly even bigger, in the street. While some of those quick fixes will allow you to drop pounds instantly you really aren't eliminating the extra pounds permanently. The only way to ensure permanent repair is to start from the ground up. When they dig up the road and completely rebuild it, it last a whole lot longer then that sticky asphalt, right? Same thing goes for your body and it all starts with nutrition and what you are putting into you body. No chemicals or something that will eliminate everything in your intestines. Real, nutritious, WHOLE foods!
Weird juice cleanses, body wraps or even weight loss pills are only short term fixes. Take a week off any of those and continue with your same food abusing lifestyle and you will be back in the same position you were before you started.
Want real results that last? You need a lifestyle change! Start eating well balanced meals that fuel your body instead of weighing them down and do a 30 minute workout EVERYDAY. If you make these changes you will not only be much healthier but you WILL see the results! Rebuild your body instead of trying to patch up your issues in a week and hope they last, they wont I promise.
If weight loss is something you are really serious about, stop wasting your money on pills or body wraps, and put it towards something that will actually make a difference. Get a gym membership or an at home workout program and get to work. Make sure you are fueling your body right to supplement all of that hard work you are putting in!
If you want to change your body and lose weight, you have to be willing to put in the work! You will reap all of the benefits and THEY WILL LAST!
