It's a new week! What better time to start over fresh? Make a commitment and put in the effort to begin your journey to a better lifestyle. Plan your meals, schedule your workouts and MAKE IT HAPPEN!
The hardest part is taking that first step of putting your dreams and expectations into motion. Once you establish a routine, you will be surprised how easily the follow through comes. Leaving your meals and workouts up to chance will never work. You have to schedule them into your day just like you would a shower before work, or a meeting with a client.
The excuse of not having time is the one I used, once upon a time. I would try and convince myself this was a legitimate excuse, and I actually started to believe it! Let's be real here, we are all busy people! We all have jobs, kids, significant others, and other commitments. Eating healthy and making time to workout should be a part of your everyday routine! Meal planning will save you time throughout the day, and working out will give you so much more energy to complete all of your daily activities. In the long run, these two thing will only benefit you and the sooner you start, the sooner you will start to reap the benefits!
